Schedule: Full-Time | Onsite | Monday–Friday

- Support monthly close activities including journal entries, accruals, and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare account reconciliations and balance sheet schedules
- Support accurate financial reporting across multiple entities and business units
- Maintain integrity of financial records and accounting documentation
- Analyze financial results against budget, forecast, and prior periods
- Prepare financial reports, schedules, and dashboards for internal stakeholders
- Conduct variance analysis and identify operational or financial trends
- Support budgeting activities, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Assist with audit preparation and provide supporting schedules and documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting procedures, and reporting requirements
- Support internal controls and accounting process improvements
- Utilize ERP systems including NetSuite, Oracle, Intacct, or similar platforms
- Assist with process automation and reporting enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Support financial system maintenance and accounting workflow improvements
- Partner with Finance, Payroll, Accounts Payable, and Operations teams on accounting initiatives
- Support ad hoc reporting and financial analysis requests for leadership
- Collaborate across departments to improve reporting accuracy and operational alignment
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- CPA progress or accounting certification a plus
- Minimum 2–4 years of accounting or finance experience in public accounting or corporate accounting environments preferred
- Strong understanding of month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and financial analysis
- Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, or Intacct preferred
- Experience with reporting or business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SQL a plus
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
