This is a 90-day temporary position with the potential for full-time employment based on performance and business needs.

Position Summary 
The Enrollment Specialist is a key driver of enrollment growth at The Learning Experience. Operating from our contact center, this customer-facing role is the first point of contact for prospective families and plays a pivotal role in converting inquiries into center tours and completed registrations. 

This role works closely with Center Directors and the Regional Operations team to improve lead conversion rates, schedule and ensure tour completion, and train center staff on touring and closing best practices. In addition to one-on-one outreach, this role is also responsible for executing targeted email and text message marketing blasts to engage and nurture open leads across multiple centers. 

This is a 90-day temporary position with the potential for full-time employment based on performance and business needs. 

Key Responsibilities 

Drive Enrollment Growth: 
  • Increase enrollment at targeted centers by improving lead-to-registration conversion rates. 
  • Own performance metrics including number of tours scheduled, tour show rates, and registration conversions. 
Lead Engagement & Communication: 
  • Serve as the first point of contact for families via phone, email, and text. 
  • Deliver a warm, professional, and informative experience with every interaction. 
  • Schedule and confirm center tours and ensure consistent follow-up to drive registrations. 
Marketing Execution: 
  • Build and deploy email marketing and text message blasts to re-engage open and inactive leads. 
  • Leverage pre-approved messaging and campaign templates, while personalizing communications for each center’s unique needs. 
  • Track engagement metrics and adjust strategy to improve tour booking rates. 
Customer-Facing Service: 
  • Operate within a fast-paced contact center environment, managing high volumes of inbound and outbound communication. 
  • Confidently handle questions, overcome objections, and articulate the value of the TLE brand. 
Training & Coaching: 
  • Coach Center Directors on giving high-impact tours and confidently closing registrations. 
  • Provide sales scripts, objection handling techniques, and lead follow-up strategies. 
Cross-Functional Collaboration: 
  • Work with Center Directors and Regional Operations teams to identify enrollment gaps and prioritize actions. 
  • Support center-level marketing campaigns and enrollment events when needed. 
Brand Representation: 
  • Clearly communicate the value of The Learning Experience, including our proprietary curriculum, enrichment programs, beloved characters, and safety-first policies. 
  • Maintain brand consistency in all external communications. 
Qualifications 
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or enrollment—preferably in a contact center environment. 
  • Experience in childcare, education, or franchise operations a strong plus. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Prior experience with email and text marketing platforms. 
  • Proven ability to manage lead pipelines, hit conversion goals, and provide outstanding customer experiences. 
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. 
  • Experience coaching or training others in a sales or customer service setting. 
  • Proficiency in CRM and marketing tools. 
  • Willingness to travel to center locations as needed.
