Reports To: Senior Vice President, Center Development

Position Summary
The Franchise Engagement Manager guides franchisees through the new center development process—from agreement execution to center opening. This role ensures franchisees are supported, informed, and set up for success by providing transparent updates, managing expectations, and coordinating communication across internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
·         Serve as the main contact for franchisees during development
·         Set and manage expectations on site development and construction timelines
·         Maintain franchisee engagement during long/uncertain periods
·         Coordinate updates across real estate, construction, and internal departments
·         Track progress, document milestones, and manage centralized tools
·         Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Compliance, and Learning teams
·         Manage transition to Operations upon receiving Certificate of Occupancy (CO)
·         Liaise with third-party vendors as needed
·         Support development and maintenance of scalable systems/processes
·         Identify pipeline bottlenecks and collaborate on solutions
·         Contribute to special projects and process improvements

Qualifications
·         Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field
·         PMP certification preferred
·         5+ years in project management, franchise development, retail, or consumer services
·         Experience with franchise operations preferred
·         Strong client relationship and communication skills
·         Excellent written/verbal communication
·         Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
·         Able to manage multiple projects independently
·         Skilled in delivering challenging updates with empathy and professionalism
·         Proficient in project tracking and internal communication tools
