About the Role:
The Learning Experience - World Headquarters is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Childcare Franchise Regional Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and supporting the operations of multiple childcare franchise locations in the region, ensuring high-quality care and exceptional customer service.


Responsibilities:
  • Manage and provide guidance to corporate centers and their teams to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive operational excellence and achieve financial targets
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase enrollment and maintain high occupancy rates
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess the quality of care, provide feedback, and offer support
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute local marketing initiatives
  • Executes operational strategies for The Learning Experience Corporate Owned and/or Franchise early learning centers, to drive success in critical performance measurements: enrollment, retention, productivity, quality, and customer-service. 
  • Uses critical thinking to analyze center trends and territory performance, while providing support to enable centers to thrive. 
  • Consistently maintains knowledge of standard operating procedures, and child care licensing regulations. 
  • Ensures all centers operate within state requirements (i.e. wage and hour guidelines); Avoids risk by understanding current and proposed regulations; enforcing requirements; recommending new procedures.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years prior experience in a similar role within the childcare industry
  • 3+ years in a multi-unit child care role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of licensing and regulatory requirements for childcare facilities
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
  • Flexibility to travel within the region as needed
